12 VDC MARINE GAS CONTROL SYSTEM

(21a) 1300-7703.1

Panel only

(21b) 1300-7705.3

w/ 3/8” Brass Solenoid (#1300-7706.2)

1300-7705.4

w/ 1/4” Brass Solenoid (#1300-7708.2)

Turns LP Gas ON and OFF from inside the galley.

This new control panel is the only one on the market that can be used on 12 VDC or 24 VDC without the need of additional components and has a smaller footprint and is easy to install. Can be purchased with either a 1/4" or 3/8” brass solenoid. Can alos be purchased by itself. Draws 889 milliamps when ON and Gas is in service.* 24 VDC systems must use a 24 VDC Solenoid (1300-7708.2-24V)

12 VDC MARINE GAS CONTROL & DETECTION SYSTEM

(22a) #1300-7760

w/ Full detection/control panel, Gas Detector, & 10 foot  quick connect cable. (1300-7760 will work on 24 VDC when used with a 24 VDC solenoid #1300-7708.2-24V).

(22b) #1300-7761 w/12 VDC Solenoid

w/ Full detection/control panel, Gas Detector, 10 foot quick connect cable and 3/8” solenoid.

Turns LP Gas ON or OFF from inside Galley; continuously monitors space(s) for presence of LP Gas in up to three locations with additional Gas Detectors (1300-7720); and automatically turns gas off and activates audio and visual alarms if gas is detected at 10% or more of lower explosion limit (LEL). Includes Marine UL Listed Detector (with red function light); UL Listed low pressure solenoid (22b); and UL Listed state of the art surface mount Control Panel (three alarm zone indicators, green function light, red alarm lights, 95 dB alarm, new mute/test button and 10 Foot Quick Connect Cable (#1300-7721-120). The detector is ON and monitoring even when Gas control panel is OFF, and its alarm horn will sound as long as LP Gas is present at 10% LEL or until the mute button is touched. If gas is detected when the control panel is turned ON, the control switch, green light, solenoid and gas are automatically turned OFF. The red alarm light illuminates to show where the alarm occurred. Accepts additional gas detectors (model 1300-7720). Draws 96 M.A. when OFF/Standby mode; 889 M.A. in ON, & 255 M.A. in alarm mode.

12 VDC MARINE GAS DETECTOR

(23) #1300-7720 Additional Units

Marine UL Listed with red function light. Remains ON & monitoring even when gas control Panel is OFF. Its sends an alarm signal to the Control Panel when an LP Gas is present at 10% Lower Explosion Limit (LEL) or more. Up to 2 additional Gas Detectors can be easily added to the systems (#1300-7760 and #1300-7761) with either the 10ft. or 20ft. Quick Connect Cable (#1300-7721-120 and 1300-7721-240 respectively) Each draws 75 M.A.

QUICK CONNECT CABLES

(24a) #1300-7721-120           10 Foot Quick Connect Cable

(24b) #1300-7721-240           20 Foot Quick Connect Cable

The Quick Connect Cable is used to connect the Gas detector to the Control Panel. A connector is at each end for ease of installation; just add the wire and the Gas Detector with out having to be an electrician. Longer lengths are available upon request.

24 VDC BRASS SOLENOID VALVE

(26) #1300-7708.2-24V

24 VDC Brass (body) Solenoid has 1/4" orifice and FPT ports. Connects to LPG regulator outlet and supply line hose with reducing male hex nipple (603-1438) and reducing male flare adapter (600-1438). UL Listed. Will not open with high pressure and will close automatically with no or low electric current. Draws 790 M.A. when open. Use with Control Panel (1300-7760) in a 24 VDC environment.

12 VDC Brass (body) Solenoid has full flow 5/16" orifice and 3/8" FPT ports. Connects to LPG Regulator outlet and supply line with male Hex nipple (603-3838) and male flare adapter (600-3838). UL Listed. Will not open with high pressure, and closes automatically with no or low electric current. draws 790 M A when open. Use with 12 VDC Control Panel (1300-7704).
